We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, company details, tax ID), information from KYB verification processes, and transaction data generated through platform use. We also collect usage analytics through PostHog.
We use your information to operate the marketplace, process orders and payments, verify business identities (KYB), send transactional communications, and comply with legal obligations as a Merchant of Record.
We use industry-standard encryption for sensitive data including banking details. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not store payment card details — payment processing is handled by Stripe.
We share data with third-party services necessary to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Cloudinary (file storage), and Verto Atlas (international wire transfers). We do not sell your data.
